If one wanted to define Uriel's character in one word, it would be overconfident. He has a spoiled pompous child-like attitude, and is very very conceited. He doesn't think about what he's going to say, so he can come off a bit rude at times. He's a smart alack and likes to pick fights with people. At first appearance, people believed Uriel would be nice to be friends with, but after a few (short) minutes, they thought otherwise. He gets what he wants no matter the cost. If Uriel were a pokemon, his nature would be sassy. Family:
He has two estranged parents. Likes:
*His pokemon team.
*Reading stories and stuff on his phone thing. (surprising, right?)
*Needy, clingy people.
*People who don't like to battle.History:
His history is a touchy subject, something Uriel refuses to talk about with anyone. His blood comes from a rich family, though his heart does not. His father was the head of a big technological company (one Uriel forgets the name of) while his mother was a famous news weather woman. His parents were out on business a lot, and when they did come home it was unpleasant for Uriel. When Uriel's father wasn't working, he was drowning his woes in alcohol. And that would turn his father into a hostile person. He would beat Uriel senseless, and wouldn't remember doing such things when he sobered up. His mother saw everything that was happening, but she did nothing to help Uriel, saying it wasn't her position to say something.
That right there drove Uriel insane for a while, he didn't understand why she wouldn't help him, her only son
, when he was being beaten. Had she not loved him? He decided love wasn't worth anything after years of the abuse. Around age thirteen, he started to leave the house more than before; simply to get away from his problems. And when his father got more savage with his abuse, Uriel simply left and never went back home.
Perhaps there's hope that someone could come along and befriend this broken soul? Pokemon Team:Name:
Static (The opponent has a 30% chance of being induced with PARALYZE when using an attack, that requires physical contact, against this Pokémon.)Strongest Stat:
Speed. Apollo's speed is his pride: hit the enemy before they take you down.Weakest Stat:
Defense. He doesn't do that well with taking damage, so he has to defeat them before they do the same to him.History:
Apollo was Uriel's first pokemon. He was a spunky little electrike when Uriel caught him. They connected faster than Ash to Pikachu. Apollo is Uriel's bro, and won't let anyone harm him. He's always out of his pokeball and is always seen shadowing Uriel. Name:
Briareus. (Briar for short)Species:
Marvel Scale (Ups DEFENSE if suffering - Defense raises to 1.5 times when induced with a status condition.)Strongest Stat:
Attack. Briar prides himself with his strength. He is a snake pokemon, and loves to wrap enemies and squish them.Weakest Stat:
Special Defense. He doesn't do well with different types of attacks against him. It just makes him angrier.History:
Briar was fished out of the ocean, but he was different than the other feebas. He had hollowed in eyes and looked generally angry. Uriel was intrigued, and decided to see what the fish's potential was when it evolved; and he wasn't disappointed. Briar is bigger than the already large milotic sizes.(20 feet ) He's a whopping 24 feet and growing. Briar is a force to be reckoned with. Name:
Sand Stream (Sandstorm blows when the Pokémon enters battle.)Strongest Stat:
Defense. Xerxes can withstand explosions without even batting an eye. Weakest Stat:
Speed. He's not that fast but when he hits you, you know you're screwed.History:
Xerxes was a cute little larvitar that Uriel happened to stumble upon. He captured the pokemon, and started training him. After a few battles, Xerxes's still developing scales were getting thicker and stronger, but it didn't protect him completely, so he ended up with a few battle scars that won't go away. He's proud of them, but wouldn't want to get any more.
Now I gotta work on the audition OTL.
